For Property Managers
Sign Up Your Management Company
If you run a property management company, you can bring every community you manage onto NeighborBase in one sitting. Each community gets its own workspace, your team gets one portfolio dashboard, and your company gets one bill.
How It Works
A management company account sits above your communities. You create it once, add each community you manage with its door count, and pay a single subscription priced by your total doors. Every community still gets its own private workspace — requests, tasks, violations, and documents never mix between properties — and HOA boards you invite later get full control of their own community without ever seeing a bill.
Signing Up
- 1
Create your account
Sign up at NeighborBase like any new user. On the welcome screen, choose "I run a property management company." - 2
Name your company
Enter your name and your company's name. This creates your portfolio — your 15-day free trial starts here, no credit card required.
Adding Your Communities
Add each community with its name and door (unit) count. You'll see a running door total and the plan tier it lands in as you type. Every community you add gets its own ready-to-use workspace, and you're added to each one as its property manager.
Portfolio Billing
Property manager plans are priced by the total doors across your whole portfolio — up to 500, 1,000, 2,500, or 5,000 doors — with monthly or annual billing (annual saves about 17%). One subscription covers every community; there's nothing to set up per property.
Manage everything from Portfolio → Billing: subscribe, switch plans, update your payment method, or download invoices. Only the company owner sees the Billing page — your staff never do.
Inviting Boards & Staff
During onboarding (or anytime after), you can send two kinds of invitations:
- HOA board members — invited per community as Board Admins. They get full control of their community: branding, categories, member management, and everything operational.
- Your staff — invited once, added to every community in your portfolio as property managers, with the Portfolio dashboard across all of them.
What Boards See
Boards in communities you pay for never see a Billing tab — their Settings show a note that billing is handled by your company. Everything else works exactly like a self-managed HOA: they can run requests, tasks, violations, documents, and the AI assistant without ever touching a payment screen.
