Branding Your Portal

Make NeighborBase feel like your HOA's own platform by adding your logo and choosing your community's colors. Changes apply immediately for everyone in your portal.

Go to Settings → Branding to access these options. Only Board Admins can edit branding.

Organization Name

Update the display name for your HOA (up to 100 characters). This name appears in the sidebar header and in all email notifications sent from your portal. Click Save Branding to apply the change.

Logo

Upload your HOA's logo to display in the sidebar. After selecting a file, a crop tool opens so you can frame it correctly.

• Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, WebP
• Maximum size: 2 MB
• Aspect ratio: The crop tool locks to a 2.5:1 landscape ratio

Primary Color

Choose a primary color that reflects your HOA's style. It's applied to buttons, active states, and sidebar accents throughout the portal.

Pick from 8 preset swatches or enter a custom hex code:

• Navy, Slate Blue, Teal, Forest, Burgundy, Purple, Slate, Amber
• Custom hex — click the # button and type a 6-digit hex code (e.g., #2563eb)

A live preview updates as you pick a color, so you can see how it looks before saving.

Saving Your Changes

Click Save Branding to apply all changes. They take effect immediately for everyone in your portal — no refresh needed on their end.
