For Board Members

Your Dashboard

When you sign in, you land on the Dashboard — your command center for the board. Everything you need to stay on top of requests and tasks is right here.

Announcements

If your board has posted any active announcements, you'll see blue banner cards at the very top of your dashboard — before anything else. Each card shows the title, a preview of the message, the author, and when it expires. Click Manage → on any banner to jump to the Announcements page where you can create, edit, or delete them.

The same banners appear on resident dashboards so your whole community sees them immediately. See Announcements for full details on posting and managing them.

Summary cards

At the top of your dashboard you'll see four stat cards split into two groups:

Requests — Open & In Progress

Shows how many resident requests are currently Open (waiting to be picked up) and In Progress (actively being worked on). Click either card to jump to the Requests list pre-filtered to that status.

Tasks — Open & Assigned to Me

Shows how many board tasks are open across the org, and how many are assigned specifically to you. Click either card to jump to the Tasks list with that filter applied.

My Queue

My Queue is your personal to-do list — it shows up to 5 items (requests and tasks combined) that are currently assigned to you and still in progress. Click any item to open its detail view.

  • Items are sorted by urgency — overdue tasks are highlighted in red
  • Only open and in-progress items appear here; done or closed items drop off automatically
  • If your queue is empty, you'll see a "Your queue is clear" message

Use the My Requests → and My Tasks → links below the queue to see the full filtered view for each.

Recent Requests

Below My Queue you'll find the 5 most recently updated requests across your entire organization — regardless of who they're assigned to. This gives you an at-a-glance pulse on what's happening without needing to go to the full Requests list. Click any row to open the request detail.
